Ian Mason

As Contour's Operations Manager, Ian is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, compliance and client satisfaction. This role manages processes, resources and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, while driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic objectives.

About Ian

Ian has spent over 20 years working in the leadership, training and mentoring space within Defence.  This helped him understand that his real passion is the development and advancement of employees.  His extensive experience in training and program development in the military will see him best suited to the advancement of Contour. 

What does he like to do outside of the office?

When not engaged with employees or synchronising the company's many facets, Ian is primarily a family-oriented person. His many and varied interests involve outdoor pursuits such as Bushwalking, shooting, camping, fishing, etc, however, his favourite pastime is motorcycle riding and traveling. The more technical and twisty the better. He has been married to Jocelyn for more than twenty five years and has three adult children.
